Is there PHP code for Google Adsense approval
I have a website, which is created in PHP. I want to activate Google Adsense in my website. So, Is there any PHP script to activate Google adsense my website?

I guess you question is not right. There is no PHP code that can give you adsense approval.
If your site is ready, you can request this on the Google adsense website.
If the site is approved by Google, they will send you the script. It will be a js script. May be there will be one day verification time to get the approval.
You will get the script only if the adsense is approved. The script given by Google should be placed in your head tag.
If it is not approved, you will get response from Google end . Even if it is approved or not, you will get the alert from their end
