Texinterest Knowledge Partners LLP is an online education and internship platform headquartered in Kochi, Kerala, India. We offer job-oriented IT courses in WordPress, UI/UX Design, Front-End Development, SEO, Social Media Marketing and Python Django, along with guaranteed internships, placement assistance, and related learning resources.

Our services are open to individuals who are at least 16 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you are eligible and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

• Courses are delivered online in English at your own pace.
• Enrolment is confirmed upon successful payment processing via our payment partner (Razorpay).
• Access to course materials is granted for the duration specified on the course page.
• Course content, curriculum, and SME assignments are subject to change without prior notice to improve quality.

• Pricing details are shown on each individual course page at the time of enrolment.
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Texinterest does not store card or bank details.
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) by default. International pricing in USD, AED, or QAR may also be available.
• Applicable taxes (GST) are charged as per Indian law.

Refund requests may be raised within 7 days of enrolment, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. To request a refund, contact us at info@texinterest.com. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

No refunds are issued after the 7-day window or once a certificate has been issued.

• Every course includes a guaranteed internship component that begins after you successfully complete the course.
• The internship is conducted under the guidance of a Texinterest Subject Matter Expert (SME) on live, real-world projects.
• The internship duration and scope are defined per course. Texinterest reserves the right to adjust project assignments based on availability and business requirements.
• A certificate of internship completion is issued upon satisfactory performance.

Industry-recognised certificates of completion are issued digitally after you meet the course requirements. Certificates remain the property of Texinterest and are issued under our brand. Misrepresentation of certificate details may result in revocation.

All course content, materials, videos, assessments, and platform features are the intellectual property of Texinterest Knowledge Partners LLP or its licensed content partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content without express written permission.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or enrolment access with others.
• Upload, post, or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or harmful.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract platform data.
• Use the platform for any fraudulent or unauthorised purpose.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Texinterest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use our services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kochi, Kerala, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For significant changes we will notify enrolled users by email.
