The internship offered after completion is included at no extra cost, you can take it up or skip it. You can also connect with an SME to discuss payment options.
Do I get a certificate after completing a course?
Yes. On completing the course you receive a certificate issued by Texinterest Knowledge Partners LLP that you can add to your resume and LinkedIn profile. If you take up the optional internship after the course, the company you intern with issues a separate internship completion certificate.
Do I need prior experience to join?
No prior experience is required. Courses are beginner friendly and start from the fundamentals, so students, freshers, and career switchers can follow along and build job-ready skills.
How long do the courses take to complete?
Most courses run for around 3 months of live, structured learning combined with hands-on projects. After completing the course, students are offered an optional internship — if you take it up, the full journey from enrollment to internship completion is typically 4–6 months. Are the courses online? What is the format?
Courses are delivered fully online in English and can be accessed from anywhere. The format is live sessions — your assigned SME conducts a 1-hour session with you daily, scheduled at a time that works for both of you. This is not a pre-recorded course you watch alone; you learn directly with an industry expert.
Will I work on real projects?
Yes. Each course is project-based, so you build a portfolio of real-world projects that demonstrates your practical ability to potential employers.
How much time do I need to commit each week?
Plan for a minimum of 12 to 15 hours per week — that includes your daily 1-hour live SME session plus self-study, hands-on projects, and scheduled doubt-clearing sessions. Students who put in this time consistently tend to complete the course and projects on schedule.
How does mentor and doubt support work?
After you enroll, a dedicated Texinterest SME is assigned to you. You can reach your mentor via video call or email, and responses are guaranteed within 24 hours. In addition to your daily live session, there are scheduled doubt-clearing sessions where you can bring unresolved questions and work through them with your mentor directly.
Do all courses include an internship offer?
Yes. Every student who completes a course is offered an internship with Texinterest — where you apply your new skills on real, live projects under your SME's guidance, gaining genuine work experience for your resume. The internship is entirely optional; if you already have a job or don't need it right now, you're free to decline. No pressure.
Is job assistance provided?
Yes. Courses include Job assistance along with interview preparation resources, quizzes, and interview question banks to help you get job-ready.
How do I enroll in a course?
Open the course you are interested in, review the curriculum, and use the apply option on the course page. A Texinterest team member will contact you to confirm enrollment, and your SME will be assigned once you are onboarded. You can also connect with us if you have questions before applying.
When can I start? Is there a fixed batch date?
There are no fixed batch dates. Your start date is agreed upon between you and your assigned SME based on mutual availability. Apply, and once your SME is confirmed, you collectively decide when to begin — so enrollment is flexible rather than tied to a calendar.
Can I pause the course and resume later?
Extensions are considered on a case-by-case basis for genuine reasons — for example a medical situation, a family emergency, or a similar circumstance beyond your control. You must inform Texinterest in advance, explain the situation, and get approval before pausing. Extensions are not granted for general convenience or change of mind.
What is the refund policy?
Fees are generally non-refundable. A refund may be considered if Texinterest fails to deliver what was agreed — for example, if a mentor is not assigned, sessions are not provided, or we are otherwise in breach of our commitments to you. Refund requests based on personal reasons, change of mind, or lack of time are not eligible. To raise a concern, contact us directly.
